The weekend didn’t exactly go according to my plans. I really hate it when people mess up my plans… Unfortunately it has happened and there is nothing I can do about it.. However it really bothers me that I couldn’t finish all the things I planned to do yesterday. Never mind, there is always another day.
I also wasn’t able to work out. but I am back onto the #kaylamovement tomorrow. I’m actually enjoying the diet side as I have realised that changing little things make a massive difference. I may be imagining things but I think I can see a little bit of a change in my weight/body after the first week. I am certainly less bloated in the mornings which makes me feel great. 🙂 I cannot wait to see the results after the 12 weeks is over.
Even though my plans were messed up the weekend was actually alright. It snowed for the first time this winter and it was also Archie’s first time in the snow. He was so cute trying to grab and eat the snowflakes. He also didn’t quite grasp the fact that snowballs are not normal balls you can grab and play fetch with 😀 He made us all laugh trying to grab them and bringing them over to play fetch. Cute. About the changes I’ve made this weekend: I have cut my hair. again.. It is proper short now. 🙂 I actually really like it and my hair feels so much healthier without the broken ends and burnt bits. I also decided that the colour doesnt suit me anymore so I have coloured it again. If you want to see just click onto my instagram link on the right hand side of the page.

What happened to saturdays where I just slept and read blogs, watched youtube all day and ate junk food?
I didn’t do my full body work out yesterday because I was so so tired after work I knew I wouldn’t do it properly. I’m going to do it today instead and fit it into my busy saturday 🙂
You know you are growing up when cleaning and doing the washing is what you have scheduled for a Saturday. What am I like?? BORING! I actually don’t mind 🙂 I enjoy living in a tidy house and it is currently a mess so.. I will do my workout tonight after I’ve done the cleaning and walked Archie. Nice long walk with my little man because I missed it the other morning as my bed needed me 🙂 I have so much love for this furbaby it is unreal. ~head over to my instagram to see piccies of him (FILS.JOURNEY)~

A very sad start to the new year.

So I’m currently on day 4 of the #kaylamovement.
I’ve done leg day on Monday and still suffering. I have muscles in my body aching which I didn’t even know existed. I think that’s a good thing right?
I’ve done ‘arms and abs’ today as I fell asleep after work last night and didn’t want to ruin the work out by doing it while so tired/half asleep.
So far so good 🙂
I really enjoy it this time as I’m doing it for myself and my body and my happiness. I want to be fit and healthy and I’ve slowly started to introduce chicken and fish into my diet. I was a vegetarian for so long only because I did not enjoy eating meat and don’t enjoy the taste of it, however I never had energy to do anything as I ate loads of unhealthy carbs.
Changing my diet definitely helped me and even though I’m eating healthier I do not feel hungry at all which is a must otherwise I would be easily tempted by all the
crap around the house.
Cannot wait to start seeing changes in my body and to feel stronger and to be able to do more than 5 burpees at once haha.. (well more than 2) 😀
I have downloaded the app as well to keep me on track as £15 a month is not going to break the bank surely?!
Watch this place.. big changes will happen.
PS. Once I get my courage together I will also post progress pictures but until then, its for my own motivation.
I would love to hear from all the other BBG girls and their progress. The community is amazing.

All in time for Lemmies funeral at 11pm .. Still so shocked how quickly he was gone . RIP sir .
But now off to driving with my top man as he needs to pass his test in a few weeks.
Can’t believe I’m actually looking forward to Monday .. So out of character ..
But I have made plans for this year and I must live up to them . I’m going to be a BBG girl and join Kayla’s Army 🙂 Really looking forward to the changed I started making and what the future brings.
